Saint John's Graduate School of Theology and Seminary

recognizes recent graduate:

Fr. Ha Cao, Master of Theological Studies - Systematics

What brought you to Saint John’s Graduate School of Theology and Seminary?

The quiet and peaceful environment of the Minnesota-based monastery initially attracted me to the SOT/Sem. Furthermore, I discovered that Saint John's University specifically offered my favorite field of theological studies: systematic theology. It has brought me not only knowledge but also experience in my theological reflection.

How will you be spending your time once your coursework is complete?

I will continue to contribute to add new knowledge towards my field of theology and will collect my favorite theological texts.

What are your future goals/plans?

My plans for the future are that I will study for a certificate or degree in Marian studies and become an instructor for seminarians.

Give one hope for how you will use your degree and SOT/Sem experience.

A prominent hope I have is that I will bring my SOT/Sem experience to my teaching and share it with seminarians in my diocese (USA and Vietnam). The SOT/Sem experience has truly been valuable for me.

The impact Saint John’s Graduate School of Theology and Seminary has across the world is truly unending. Our graduates wholeheartedly continue to bring comfort to the suffering and hope to the hopeless, affirming the sacred value and dignity of all people everywhere.
